Replica - the mobile banking application of Karassery Bank brings banking transactions to the finger tip of the customer. They can do all the basic banking functions at their own convenience without having to visit the Bank branch. The app is available to download from the Android Play Store as well as the IOS App Store.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The customer should physically submit the application for Mobile Banking registration at any branch.
  2. The customer should be authorized to operated the selected accounts singly or, in case of joint accounts, as anyone or survivor(s). 
  3. The mobile number and email id given should be owned and operated by the customer only and he/she shall take full responsibility for all the intimation received in the same. These would be registered as his/her primary contact details.
  4. By availing the Mobile Banking Service of the Bank, the customer should accept and agree with the terms and conditions including all its amendments from time to time, and reiterate such acceptance and agreement at each time any transaction is carried out on the basis of his/her User-id/ Password/ PIN. He/she will remain responsible for transactions made in their accounts till the time of cancellation of the Mobile Banking Services either by the Bank or by them giving a written notice.
  5. The Bank shall in no way be held responsible or liable for any loss as a result of compromise of user-id/ password / PIN by the user. The customer shall take responsibility for filling-in of accurate and complete details such as the account number and amount for transfer of funds and understand that in the event of any inaccuracy in this regard, the funds could be transferred to incorrect accounts and there is no guarantee of recovery of the same thereafter. He/she shall take all care to ensure that there are no mistakes and errors and that the information given to the Bank or fed in the Replica Mobile Application in this regard are error free, accurate, proper and complete in all aspects. Ss per Regulatory Instructions, credit will be effected based solely on the beneficiary account number information and the beneficiary name particulars will not be used there for. Hence the Bank shall not be responsible for any wrong credit on account of mistake in the account number provided for availing such services. On the other hand, in the event of his/her account receiving an erroneous credit by reason of a mistake committed by some other person or for any other reason, the Bank shall be entitled to reverse the erroneous credit at any time whatsoever without his/her consent.
  6. The Bank may from time to time impose maximum/ minimum limits including daily limits on transfer of funds and/or service charges on transactions.
