The Bank got its ISO 9001 certification in the year 2006, becoming the first bank from the cooperative sector in Kerala to do so. Ever since, maintaining the highest standard of quality prescribed by international guidelines has been given the top priority. Right down from establishing the Quality Policy, to standardizing even the simplest of processes and procedures, we have ensured to bring every function under the constant monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management department. Customer is placed at the fore front of this endeavor by designing appropriate Quality Objectives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Continual improvement is our motto and we thrive in this direction through regular audit, assessment, review and corrective actions. This has resulted in maintaining 99% customer satisfaction continuously, thus enabling us to reach the goal of customer delight.
